When you submit a form, we also process the page path, the origin of an external referring website, and standard UTM campaign fields when present. We do not include arbitrary query parameters or the full referring page URL in the lead record. You may otherwise visit our site without submitting this information.

We also process limited technical request information to validate the form, prevent abuse, rate-limit repeated requests, trace delivery failures, and forward an accepted request to the approved lead management provider.

Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity may process browser and device information, pages viewed, site interactions, referring or campaign information, network information, and online identifiers. The website does not currently use a LiveChat widget.

This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to, in the following circumstances:

These providers include Google for analytics and advertising measurement and Microsoft for Clarity behaviour analytics. Redtail may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect its rights, property, or safety.

We share your personal data within Redtail's Group. This will involve transferring your data outside the UK to our overseas offices in the USA.

Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK to countries which have laws that do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK law, we always ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring that safeguards are implemented by standard contractual clauses used for intra-group transfers.

We use specific standard contractual terms approved for use in the UK which give the transferred personal data the same protection as it has in the UK, namely the International Data Transfer Agreement.
